I’m here because…
I’m addicted to the feeling I get when I see that ‘Uh Huh’ moment on the face of one my clients. That instance of recognition when they realize that the health and fitness changes, no matter how small, are making a difference in their lives. That’s the hook for me.
So, why are we here?
It is never too late to make healthy changes in your life. You don’t have to go out and run a marathon. You don’t have to lift 3x your body weight or turn yourself into a pretzel to achieve that perfect yoga pose. Your mission, is to be good to yourself.
There is an abundance of information available on diets and exercises. Some of them fads, others not so much. Many of them are aimed at a younger demographic. What about those of us who are navigating through life in a body that is over 45 years of age? Where you do start on your journey to a healthier fitter you? Maybe you’ve already begun and need a little encouragement or advice along the way.
Join me on a journey to being a better you. We don’t have to compete with the younger set. Our only competition is the person we were when we went to sleep last night. Today is a new day. You are beautiful and deserve to be the best version of you.
